What to do with our heart

People will always say listen to your heart, 
    You have the sole resonsibility of making yourself happy. But I say make sure your heart agrees with your conscience.
   For what others do to you is their karma and how you respond is your own karma, As you step out today, listen to your conscience not just your heart.  (Ire ooo) !

Identify the cause of the violence: Identify if the person is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or emotional     Knowing the cause will help to solve the problem . Signs a relationship is toxic

 1. Being with Friends or relationship you never learnt anything good  from be  it hard skills, soft skills, academics, food e.t.ce 2. Being with friends you can't trust their words, they are very unpredictable, you can't predict their next action, you might be standing on a time bomb 3.When the friendship or relationship is like business transaction, they can't do anything for you without making gain. 4. When there is an atmosphere of fear, when you can't be vulnerable with them even in spoken English, you have to always compose yourself around them 5. Being with people who don't want to make amends, they will drag you into their mess.     Don't loose your relationship with God because of man, remember the saying, show me your friends and I will tell you whom you are.
