    The year is fast coming to an end and so we think my expectations are over..
  No, a mile begins with a step and the winner may emerge just at the last minute. You may also need to relax and restrategise, sometimes what hampers productivity is fear and anxiety...You know the saying, more haste, less speed!

Being with friends you can't trust their words, they are very unpredictable, you can't predict their next action, you might be standing on a time bomb 3.When the friendship or relationship is like business transaction, they can't do anything for you without making gain. 4. When there is an atmosphere of fear, when you can't be vulnerable with them even in spoken English, you have to always compose yourself around them 5.
